There’s Erika the writer and woman of faith, sharing another part of my heart through I Am God’s Daughter.

The woman behind all the titles, projects, posts, meetings, deadlines, ideas, responsibilities, dreams—and cups of coffee.

I realized I wanted one place where all of those pieces could exist together.
So I created this space.

This Isn’t Just Another Career Blog
Yes, we’re going to talk about work.

We’re going to talk about finding jobs, building better résumés, interviewing, career growth, difficult managers, workplace confidence, HR, professional boundaries and navigating situations nobody prepared you for.

But we’re also going to talk about life beyond the job title.

Because I believe you can be ambitious and still need encouragement.

You can be successful and still be figuring things out.

You can love your career and still have days when work is WORKING your last nerve. 😂

And sometimes, your next big move isn’t about climbing another rung on the corporate ladder.

Sometimes it’s about discovering who you are becoming along the way.
